Nutrition is also a large facet to our health that is often overlooked. We cannot expect our bodies to function normally if we do not provide the proper building blocks.
Although Chiropractic care and spinal correction help your body's nervous system function at its optimum potential, you also need nutrients to fuel your body so it may function in the manner it was designed.
Many foods today are processed and depleted of vitamins and minerals essential to our health. Dr. Hay will evaluate your nutritional and dietary status and may recommend certain dietary changes and/or whole food supplements if applicable to assist in your recovery and increase your overall health.
